Paul RoseWood signs with Nashville Artist Development in Nashville!!
Ohio country music artist Paul RoseWood recently signed as a solo artist with Nashville Artist Development. CEO, Jason Wyatt, past lead singer of the “Lost Trailers” and longtime Nashville industry businessman, got to know Paul and saw his potential as an artist and a songwriter.
“The talent and knowledge that Jason has is sometimes beyond me. Not everyone can make it in the music industry, but having Jason on my side is a great step in the right direction,” Paul revealed.
Soon after they met, Jason arranged for Paul to participate in some Nashville songwriting sessions with big-time songwriters such as Scott Joyce, a hit songwriter for Kenny Chesney and Blake Shelton; Sir Anthony George, a songwriter for Brooks & Dunn; and Steve Mitchell, a songwriter for Craig Wayne Boyd, winner of season seven of The Voice. “Writing with these guys was a whole new level for me,” said Paul.
In 2014, Paul, as a former member of the Shelby County Line Band, signed with PlayBack Records and recorded their self entitled cd, Shelby County Line in Nashville’s Java Jive studio. The band’s original song, Hey Hey Girl, also charted in the top ten on country independent radio and is available on iTunes, Spotify and Amazon, so Paul has had experience with the music industry for quite some time. He has had the opportunity to open for national artists such as Travis Tritt, Rodney Atkins, Aaron Lewis, Confederate Railroad and The Highwaymen Tribute Band.
“I learned and grew from the many experiences I went through with Shelby County Line over the past eight years,”
said the Ohioan.
Raised in the country outside of Versailles, Ohio, Paul is a proud Buckeye and is excited for the journey ahead. As he climbs up the country music ladder, Paul will continue to play live shows, write songs, and work on releasing brand new music publicly to his fans in 2019.
